Python Software Engineer

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient Python code for AI and data-driven applications
• Experiment, prototype, and rapidly test AI models and solutions
• Work closely with senior developers and AI engineers to build scalable systems
• Research and learn new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Debug, improve, and optimize existing code and AI workflows
• Participate in brainstorming and solution design sessions
• Document your work clearly for knowledge sharing

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills
• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (e.g. supervised learning, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of popular AI libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies quickly
• Good communication skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AI model deployment (Flask/FastAPI, Docker, cloud services)
• Understanding of data preprocessing and analysis (NumPy, Pandas, etc.)
• Participation in AI hackathons, competitions, or personal projects
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (optional but helpful)
