Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Jindal Plydecars is looking for a dynamic Offline Marketing Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships with executives, contractors, and procurement teams at multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating sales contracts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a steady supply of Jindal products to various construction and interior projects. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify potential clients, including builders, architects, interior designers, and project heads, to generate leads and close sales. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at multiple projects to ensure repeat business. Contract Negotiation: Draft, discuss, and finalise sales contracts, ensuring favourable terms and timely execution. Qualifications & Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Knowledge of construction projects and procurement processes is a plus. Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations as needed. Benefits: Competitive salary INR 12000 with additional performance-based incentives.
