· Purchase Planning - It includes checking buyer order and making summary accordingly.
· Stock - Checking with Stock In charge if we have enough stock or not. And then planning for purchase accordingly.
· Vendor Selection - Comparing vendor proposals and selecting the most suitable ones based on factors such as cost, quality, and delivery time.
· Negotiation - Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
· Purchase Orders – Creating purchase orders accurately to ensure the timely procurement of goods. And tracking orders to ensure they are delivered on time.
· Transportation – Arranging transport & logistics (familiar with We fast, Porter)
· Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities, including job work and e-way Bill. Maintaining the ITC-04 Sheet of Job Work Challan. Making scrap challan, packaging Material challan, maintaining Excel sheet as needed.
· Data update in software. (Follow Up confirmation, Bill of Material, Purchase Order Details (POD), Payment details, Pending supplier details)
· Invoice – Invoice checking as per the purchase order and its supporting documents. Issuing a debit note if required. Calculation of TDS.
· Payment – Finalize the vendor’s payment on a weekly basis. Sending Payment details to Vendors.
· New Enquiry – Sending New Inquiries / Drawings received from Customer to get Price from Vendors.
