Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in procurement activities, vendor management, and working with SAP Software in a construction/infra industry setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
• Source, negotiate, and finalize rates with suppliers and vendors.
• Generate Purchase Orders (PO) using SAP software and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing and reconciliation.
• Track inventory levels and initiate restocking as required.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain healthy relationships.
• Support the Purchase Manager and ensure timely reporting.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
• Proficient in SAP Software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the infra or construction industry (preferred).
• Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
