Role & responsibilities Develop sourcing plan (annual and project) together with Manager Group goods and services into different categories as per procurement strategy, approach and executive procurement strategy define by Manager Identify suppliers, develop supplier base and conduct sourcing activities for different construction projects and internal consumption Manager supplier performance and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency Assist all stakeholders to understand Lotte Data's procurement policies and processes and reinforce compliances Report to Purchasing Manager about progress of procurement activities Conduct supplier performance assessments and build strategic relationships with key vendors. Monitor procurement metrics and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process efficiency. Ensure compliance with Bambino Agros procurement policies, including supporting internal teams with guidelines and training. Report regularly to the Purchasing Manager on procurement activities, sourcing status, and vendor performance. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement roles. Proven expertise in procurement, including services, vendor management. Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
