Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Track, review, and steer material price changes in alignment with BSH standards
Conduct detailed analysis of part price changes related to commodity movement and negotiation impacts
Prepare accurate MIS reports and present insights to local and product heads
Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting through bottom-up planning
Perform monthly variance analysis and report actual vs. planned figures
Drive profitability reviews by identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving productivity
Engage with cross-functional teams for localization business cases, CAPEX planning, and ad-hoc reporting
Participate in decision-making processes through data insights and strategic inputs

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
CA / CWA qualified
Experience:
57 years in purchase controlling, logistics controlling, or similar functions
Technical Expertise:

Material price change analysis
Localization and TCO evaluations
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Strong grasp of cost accounting principles

Systems:
SAP (FICO/MM), MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Competencies Required:

Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
Effective communicator with cross-cultural understanding
Ability to lead through collaboration and shared accountability
Enthusiastic learner with a focus on continuous development
Solution-oriented with a proactive attitude

Communication & Stakeholder Interaction:

Regular interaction with internal teams such as GPU, GBO-LPT, GBO-LPP, IN/BA, IN/OP, and CAU
Support audits and stakeholder engagement with timely reporting and insights
No direct external vendor responsibility, but close collaboration with internal departments
