This job will require you do the following : Record Keeping and Data Entry: Junior accountants record and summarize financial transactions, update financial databases, and maintain accurate records. Financial Statement Preparation: They assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports. Accounts Payable and Receivable: They manage accounts payable by processing invoices and payments, and manage accounts receivable by tracking outstanding payments. Invoicing & system training. Reconciliations: They reconcile bank statements and general ledgers to ensure accuracy. Compliance: They ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with tax filings. Month-End and Year-End Close: They support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Communication: They communicate with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding financial matters. We will asses and see the candidates strengths and give him tasks and operations best suited to him / her. Candidates with knowledge of Microsoft excel only to apply. Test/s will be conducted to understand your excel skill.
