About the job: Key responsibilities: A. Lead management & conversion: 1. Own the full sales cycle from lead to close 2. Proactively reach out to inbound and outbound leads 3. Maintain a high lead conversion ratio through consistent follow-up and engagement B. CRM & pipeline management: 1. Manage and update CRM daily to reflect accurate deal status 2. Maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline 3. Use CRM insights to forecast sales and strategize follow-ups C. Sales funnel execution: 1. Understand and execute each stage of the sales funnel: awareness interest decision action 2. Optimize funnel performance by identifying drop-off points 3. Make improvements D. Target achievement: 1. Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets 2. Take ownership of your numbers 3. Report metrics with transparency E. Call closure & revenue: 1. Closing the call 2.
