Proto CNC Machining

As a Proto CNC Machinist at Hero Motocorp in Jaipur, your role will involve working on CNC machine turning centres in shifts. You will be responsible for CNC turning programming, CMM report analysis, AUTO component machining, cutting tools and process parameters, as well as handling precise measuring instruments like bore gauges and micrometers. Your expertise in software such as AUTO CAD and CATIA, and knowledge in 2D drawing reading, GD&T, tool selection, and fixturing concepts will be essential. Additionally, you will be involved in Kaizen preparation and 5s implementation. Your typical day will include machining new Proto parts, ensuring timely delivery of parts, applying your knowledge in machining processes, fixtures, tool selection, and GD&T parameters, and aligning with customer requirements. Your academic qualification should include a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering along with technical skills in Proto part machining, instrument handling, tooling, CNC programming, AutoCAD, and parts machining. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, decision-making abilities, creativity, planning and organizing skills, analytical mindset, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
