We're looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive with real estate experience to lead and manage our paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , Google Ads , and LinkedIn Ads . Strategize and implement lead generation campaigns tailored for the real estate industry (builders, brokers, commercial, residential). Monitor and manage daily campaign performance: impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS. Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages. Work closely with the design and content team to craft high-converting ad creatives. Analyze data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and ad platform updates. Suggest and implement campaign optimizations based on analytics and industry benchmarks. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns specifically in the real estate industry . Strong understanding of real estate customer behavior and funnel stages. Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager . Excellent skills in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting tools. Proven ability to generate quality leads and reduce cost per lead over time. Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate. Preferred Skills: Experience in performance marketing for luxury or high-ticket real estate projects. Weβre now hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in real estate lead generation to scale our campaigns and client success. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Expert in: Meta Ads (Lead Forms, Website Conversion, Retargeting) Google Ads (Search, Display, Local, Smart) LinkedIn Ads (for B2B/Commercial Real Estate) WhatsApp API (integration + automation experience is a plus) Campaign Reporting, Heatmaps, Landing Page Builders (Webflow/Unbounce preferred) Deep understanding of buyer journeys , local area targeting , and competitive pricing strategy Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Excel Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Knowledge of SEO (basic on-page optimization).
