• Lead and manage technical teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and clients, to define and deliver project requirements.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and optimize team performance for successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks in technical projects to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the technical team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Establish and enforce coding, testing, and deployment standards across projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and project roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge  of any of the following technology stack
• Java , Spring boot , microservices
• .NET , API
• Data Intelligence
• Proven track record in managing software development, cloud-based solutions, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
