Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 8+ Years Job Overview: JTek Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with Subject Matter Expertise in U.S. stock markets and cryptocurrency platforms. The ideal candidate will lead key initiatives in the trading and blockchain domain, working closely with internal technical teams and clients to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Serve as the main liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear translation of business goals into actionable technical tasks. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for U.S. stock exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ) and cryptocurrency platforms (e.g., Coinbase, Binance). Lead integration efforts involving market data feeds, trading engines, APIs, and blockchain platforms. Define product roadmaps, project specifications, and Agile workflows. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations (SEC, FINRA, CFTC, FinCEN, OFAC). Monitor and manage project progress using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 8 years of project management experience . Strong domain expertise in U.S. stock market structure, trading protocols, and order types . Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi platforms, wallets, and smart contracts . Solid understanding of blockchain security standards and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps . Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in brokerage or trading platform environments or crypto-based startups . Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) . Familiarity with FIX protocol, Ethereum, Solana , or other blockchain ecosystems. Understanding of tokenomics, NFTs, or smart contract auditing practices.
