Role Overview:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management:

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive project plans for new plant setups or expansions, from conceptualization through commissioning.

Factory & Site Master Planning:

• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to design factory layouts and site master plans that align with business goals and production requirements.

Greenfield & Brownfield Execution:

• Lead the construction, expansion, and modernization of

  manufacturing facilities, including infrastructure, utilities, production lines

  , and support services.

Technology & Efficiency:

• Identify and recommend technologies, automation opportunities, and energy-efficient solutions to drive productivity and sustainability.

Budgeting & Cost Management:

• Prepare project budgets, monitor capital expenditures, and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality or timelines.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Manage contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved as per agreed schedules.

Quality, Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and food safety norms specific to beverage manufacturing.

Team Leadership & Capability Building:

• Build and develop a high-performing engineering and technical team; provide training on new technologies and systems.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements in project execution and engineering services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably in the

  beverage, FMCG, or food processing industry

• Proven experience in

  leading Greenfield/Brownfield factory setups

• Strong knowledge of plant engineering, utilities, automation, and project lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel and manage projects across multiple locations
