**Job Description:**
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational activities across multiple regions to ensure the efficient functioning of Home business of Lenskart. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders and different departments, to implement and maintain operational standards and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Identifying Key Problem Areas:** Regularly assess operational performance across different regions, identify areas of improvement, and work proactively to address any challenges or issues that may arise.
2. **Ensuring SOP Compliance:** Take ownership of ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed across all stores within the region. This involves monitoring compliance, providing guidance to store teams, and escalating any non-compliance issues as necessary.
3. **Coordinating SOP Implementation:** Collaborate closely with Managers, Area Managers, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the correct implementation of SOPs within specified timelines. Provide support and guidance as needed to ensure successful execution.
4. **Facilitating Communication:** Serve as a central point of contact for communication between different departments and teams. Foster effective collaboration and communication channels to streamline operations and address any operational challenges promptly.
5. **Conducting Internal Audits:** Conduct regular internal audits in stores to evaluate compliance with SOPs and operational standards. Document audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
6. **Training and Development:** Assist in training staff on operational procedures, new initiatives, and best practices. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that all team members understand and adhere to operational standards.
7. **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, such as sales performance, inventory management, and customer service metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
**Requirements:**
1. **Proficiency in MS Office:** Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and communication purposes.
2. **Data Analytics Skills:** Basic proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques to analyze operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
4. **Verbal Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with store teams, stakeholders, and management at all levels.
5. **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. ** Operations Experience:** Previous experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
