About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of luxury residential projects in Pune. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project planning, execution, budgeting, quality control, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering premium residential projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Lead the overall execution of luxury high-rise residential projects from concept to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Budgeting & Cost Control:
• Prepare and manage budgets; ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
• Track expenses and ensure project stays within budget without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance & Safety:
• Implement and monitor stringent quality control procedures for luxury construction standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety norms, and company policies.
• Vendor & Contractor Management:
• Evaluate and onboard contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and standards.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
• Serve as a single point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, approvals, and permits.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
