Project Manager - Civil

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Ensure implementation of company standards across all assigned projects, focusing on quality, innovation, and value engineering.
  
• Continuously explore and evaluate new construction techniques, tools, and technologies for potential application.
  
• Share learnings and best practices across project teams to foster continuous improvement.
  
• Prepare detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestone trackers; obtain approvals and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  

2. Site Operations & Coordination

• Review architectural and structural drawings, ensuring alignment with approved designs.
  
• Collaborate with consultants and architects to ensure timely availability of drawings and BOQs.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to approved work policies and project specifications.
  
• Monitor construction progress to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  
• Manage and track manpower planning and cost control measures.
  
• Coordinate with PMC, consultants, vendors, and internal departments for seamless execution.
  
• Ensure site housekeeping and compliance with ISO and safety standards.
  
• Certify contractor/vendor bills and follow up for timely processing and payments.
  
• Conduct regular project review meetings and resolve design or execution-related concerns proactively.
  
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, MIS reports, and ensure statutory and organizational compliance.
  

3. Financial Management

• Drive cost optimization through effective project planning, value engineering, and process efficiencies.
  
• Track project expenses and budgets; coordinate with finance and business services teams for cost monitoring and reporting.
  
• Monitor benefit realization against planned budgets and cost targets.
  

4. Customer Focus

• Ensure highest quality standards are maintained to deliver superior customer experience.
  
• Address customer queries, changes, and modifications promptly and within agreed timelines.
  
• Support customer handovers and resolve post-handover issues professionally.
  

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop project team members to build a high-performing workforce.
  
• Cascade project goals and departmental objectives to team members and review performance periodically.
  
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  

6. Process Improvement

• Identify and implement best practices in project execution to enhance efficiency and quality.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic organizational goals.
  
• Capture project learnings and conduct post-completion reviews to document successes and areas of improvement.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
  
• 1218 years of experience in high-rise residential construction and luxury villa projects.
  
• Proven expertise in structural and finishing works.
  
• Hands-on experience in

  Mivan Shuttering technology

  is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  
• Familiar with industry regulations, safety norms, and statutory compliances.
