project manager ( cctv and networking installation )

oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to CCTV systems and associated networking infrastructure

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing bill of materials (BOM) based on customer requirements. Additionally, once a project is initiated, he will implement it fully and prepare a completion report.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management: Developing

  project plans, schedules, and budgets, defining project scope, and managing resources (including personnel and materials).

• Design and Implementation:

  Overseeing the design and implementation of CCTV systems, access control systems, and associated networking infrastructure, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.

• Team Leadership:

  Supervising and motivating project teams, including electricians, technicians, and junior project managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Cost Management:

  Monitoring project costs, managing budgets, and implementing cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.

• Client Communication and Satisfaction:

  Maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Risk Management:

  Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Testing and Commissioning:

  Overseeing the testing, commissioning, and handover of CCTV and networking systems to ensure they meet performance requirements and client expectations.

• Documentation:

  Maintaining accurate project documentation, including design specifications, installation reports, and commissioning documents.

  Strong understanding of CCTV systems, networking technologies, access control systems, and relevant industry standards.
