Join us and act with purpose every day! Role Description: Establish a standard bakery product list for all brands. Develop frozen and fresh bakery partners for smooth supply and clear back ending. Align HSE and Audits Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall strategy for the cafe business, aligning with the companys goals. Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, including product offerings and service enhancements. Drive sales initiatives and promotional strategies to increase revenue and market share. Collaborate with marketing teams to create brand awareness and catalogues and manuals tailored to the market trends Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operational management. Implement best practices for logistics, supply chain management, and cost control. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all vending operations. Implement and monitor compliance programs to mitigate risks. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Hotel Management Proven experience (10+ years) in a bakery led QSR operations. Strong understanding of bakery and related products, marketing, and operational strategies in the QSR sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight. Ability to travel as needed to oversee operations and client meetings.
