As a Project Lead for product migration assignments at Wipro, you will play a crucial role in managing product migration tasks in a remote capacity with no travel required. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for external customers such as Physicians and Hospitals. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to oversee and coordinate Revenue Cycle solutions product migration activities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the product implementation of existing clients, including adding new business or modifying current business processes. - Conduct client outreach to initiate the product implementation/migration process. - Present project plans to clients outlining the product modules to be implemented as per the signed contract. - Manage client expectations and define the scope of product migration activities. - Educate clients on best practices and guide them through the product migration phase. - Handle all client communications, including meetings and conference calls. - Coordinate, communicate, and provide accurate reporting on all migration-related activities under the guidance of the Program Manager. - Facilitate training needs, schedule client training sessions, and report on completed training. - Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within tight deadlines. - Ensure projects are completed within set timelines while proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could potentially delay the project. - Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, and client status reports. - Track and manage client product migration deliverables effectively. - Gather client requirements and collaborate with internal departments to address issues related to client product migration. - Ensure a smooth hand-off to the client services group for ongoing support post-product migration. - Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve client inquiries and issues during the product migration phase. - Keep the project on track, manage scope creep, and proactively address and resolve project issues in coordination with the team and management.
