Job Purpose: To lead the planning, development, execution, and commissioning of a Greenfield or brownfield Tertiary Care/Super Speciality hospital project. The role requires a deep understanding of healthcare infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure adherence to timelines and cost control 2.. Regulatory & Compliance Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH, FSI, Fire, Pollution, AERB, and MoHFW norms). Liaise with statutory bodies for licenses and approvals 3 Design & Infrastructure Oversight Provide inputs on hospital design, functional layouts, and workflow efficiency. Ensure alignment with clinical and operational needs. Oversee procurement and installation of medical equipment and hospital IT systems. 4 Team Management Build and manage a multi-disciplinary project team including internal teams and external consultants. Monitor contractor and vendor performance. Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders to ensure seamless integration. 5. Stakeholder Coordination Act as a single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders. Provide periodic project status updates to top management. 6. Commissioning & Handover Lead hospital commissioning activities including soft launch and mock drills. Ensure readiness of all departments for operations. Facilitate a smooth handover to the hospital operations team. Qualifications & Skills Required Education : B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; MBA/PGDM preferred. PMP certification is a plus. Experience : Minimum 15 years in large-scale healthcare or infrastructure projects, with at least one full-cycle hospital project completed. Skills : Strong project management and leadership skills Deep understanding of healthcare infrastructure norms and hospital planning Excellent stakeholder and vendor management Knowledge of medical equipment layout, HTM standards, HVAC, Fire & Safety in healthcare
