Job Title: Project Engineer - AV Industry

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Follow processes and procedures outlined within the company for project delivery
Conceptualize and design solution with the help of senior team.
Develop bill-of-materials / bill-of-quantities.
Manage project timelines
Reporting and documentation
Ensure quality is maintained at site
Vendor and Supplier Management
AV System Integration
Product Knowledge
Installation and commissioning
Change Management and Adaptability
Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
Support the design and implementation of AV systems and solutions.
Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess project requirements and feasibility.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering – Electronica and communication, ITI, Diploma or a related field.
Basic understanding of AV systems, technologies, and design principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or previous experience in the AV industry is a plus.
Knowledge of industry-standard AV equipment and software.
Should have excellent spoken and written skills
Should have excellent skills on MS-Office
