We are in the business of Turn- key Plants, Dryers, Evaporators , Mixers, Process Equipments, Boilers. Job Summary: To handle end-to-end office-based project coordination and technical documentation for steam boiler systems, including water tube boilers , shell type boilers , and thermic fluid heaters , ensuring timely execution, statutory compliance (e.g., IBR), and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Prepare technical documentation, P&IDs, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and specifications for steam boilers , shell type , and water tube boilers . Support project engineers with design inputs, material specifications, and process parameters. Liaise with vendors for technical discussions, offer evaluations, and material follow-up. Coordinate with internal departments Design, Purchase, Quality, and Site teams – for smooth project execution. Ensure boiler design compliance with IBR, ASME, and other relevant codes. Prepare and maintain project documentation including BOQ, cost sheets, inspection reports, and IBR submissions. Plan and track project progress using tools like MS Project, Excel trackers, etc. Handle IBR documentation and liaise with inspectors for boiler component approval and certification. Assist with FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and documentation for dispatch readiness. Provide remote/telephonic technical support to site execution teams during erection and commissioning. Maintain project files, revision histories, and communication records. Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 3–7 years in project handling of steam boiler systems (especially water tube & shell type) in an EPC, boiler manufacturing, or utility-based company. Certification: Preferably IBR-experienced or BOE-certified. Key Skills Required: Good understanding of boiler thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and combustion. Hands-on knowledge of: Water tube and shell type boiler designs IBR regulations and documentation Heat transfer and pressure part design basics Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
