Role Overview As a Project Manager at Crafx Studio, you will be the backbone of project execution—overseeing creative processes, managing timelines, and ensuring quality assurance for all deliverables. Your role is crucial in bridging the gap between clients and the design team, ensuring projects run smoothly from briefing to final delivery. Key responsibilities CLIENT COMMUNICATION & PROJECT BRIEFING: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, setting expectations, and ensuring clarity in project scope. PROJECT PLANNING & COORDINATION: Develop structured project plans, set deadlines, assign tasks to the team, and track progress to ensure smooth execution. QUALITY ASSURANCE: Review files, designs, and final deliverables before they reach the client, ensuring they meet our high standards. FILE MANAGEMENT & DOCUMENTATION: Create a systematic approach to manage project files, maintain version control, and ensure seamless access for the team and clients. TEAM COLLABORATION & TASK ASSIGNMENT: Work closely with designers, motion artists, and marketers to distribute tasks efficiently and keep the workflow optimized. DEADLINE MANAGEMENT: Ensure projects are completed on time without compromising quality by monitoring timelines and pushing for efficient turnarounds. PROPOSAL & INVOICING OVERSIGHT: Assist in drafting project proposals, contracts, and invoices while maintaining transparency with clients. PROCESS OPTIMIZATION: Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement improvements for efficiency and productivity. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency or design-focused environment. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday. com, or similar. Basic understanding of design processes and branding to effectively communicate with the creative team. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to liaise with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
