Job Description VAAGDHARA Position: Decentralized Renewable Energy (DRE) Policy Researcher Employment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Research energy policies that empower tribal communities to adopt renewable energy solutions, enabling self-reliance and sovereignty in energy access and usage. Document community-specific energy challenges and propose decentralized, culturally appropriate solutions that align with Swaraj and sustainable development principles. Create evidence-based reports and tools to inform policymakers about the impact of decentralized renewable energy systems on tribal livelihoods and environmental resilience. Honorarium: INR 55,000 70,000 per month (based on experience and expertise).
