Program Manager International Ops

The Program Manager at GL plays a crucial role in the Program Office within the international delivery operations team, overseeing the end-to-end journey of learners. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a cohort of learners, from enrollment to program completion. The learners are working professionals from around the world seeking to upskill in digital competencies such as data analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, and more. Your main responsibilities will include being the primary point of contact for participants, addressing their queries, and providing timely support within the program's scope. Building meaningful relationships with participants, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized experiences will be key aspects of the role. You will also be tasked with managing program activities, such as online sessions, webinars, evaluations, grading, and presentations, by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders like senior managers, academicians, and industry professionals. Monitoring and driving interventions to enhance participant performance and engagement throughout the program journey to ensure a positive learning experience and successful outcomes will be crucial. Additionally, you will contribute to organizational growth by identifying, developing, and implementing efficient program management processes.
