Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Carries out discrete parts of assigned programming activities or implement ongoing programming activities.
• Gathers, prepares and distributes updates on ratings, production documentation, advertising trafficking information, project and/or production schedules.
• Works with Marketing team or other departments to secure and deliver footage or other information required for other departments to fulfill their obligations in supporting programming.
• Ensures that all content is delivered flawlessly to internal teams and to external partners in a timely and professional manner.
• Serves as a point of contact among talent, their agents and managers and programming personnel.
• Assists in the compilation and preparation of reports, budgets, schedules and related programming documentation.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
