Job Title: Production Quality Control and R&D Incharge

Position Overview:

As the Production Quality Control and R&D Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process and ensuring stringent quality control standards are consistently met. A Diploma in Paint Technology is compulsory for this role. This position is open to candidates from all over India who are willing to work in Production Quality Control & Research & Development within the paint industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the production process, including mixing, blending, filling, and packaging of paint products.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in production operations.
• Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that paint products meet regulatory standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to identify areas for improvement and address quality issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve quality-related problems and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate in R&D and product development to test and evaluate new formulations and processes.
• Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of production and quality control activities.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to production and quality assurance.

Qualification & Skills Required:

1.Diploma in Paint Technology (compulsory)
2.Proven experience in production management and quality control (minimum 6 months in the paint industry).
3.12th pass and above with the required diploma.
4.Strong knowledge of paint production processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
5.Excellent leadership skills to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement.
6.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
