Position Overview

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and coordinate the production schedule to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure the highest level of product quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize production methods and processes.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for upper management, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production activities.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  3 to 6 years

  of experience in production management, preferably in the metal fabrication or escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proficient in production management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on-site during day shifts.
