Role & responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee production schedules and workflows to meet production targets and deadlines. Ensure timely procurement and inventory management of raw materials to avoid production delays. Oversee the assembly process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficient assembly techniques. Supervise production lines, optimizing performance and minimizing downtime. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4 years of experience in production management, preferably in the refrigerators or air conditioning industry. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
