Job Summary As a Production Manager, you will oversee the manufacturing process within our facility, ensuring efficiency and quality in production operations. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate production schedules and workflow Supervise and train production staff Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Monitor production output and implement improvements Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime Skills Strong mechanical knowledge for overseeing factory operations Experience with assembly lines, hand tools, and manufacturing facilities Ability to assemble and fabricate products effectively Familiarity with warehouse management practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
