Production Manager (Lithium Ion Battery)

As a Production Manager for Lithium-ion Battery at Li Energy, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lithium-ion battery production process to ensure the company's objectives are met. Your role will involve managing a team of engineers and technicians to plan, procure, manufacture, and deliver batteries in line with customer expectations. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Lithium-ion battery manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a production management capacity, you will be well-equipped to handle this role effectively. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a deep understanding of production, quality control, and testing processes specific to Lithium-ion battery manufacturing. You will also be expected to lead cross-functional teams, manage production schedules, and uphold international regulations and standards such as UL, UN, and IEC pertaining to Lithium-ion batteries. Ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is advantageous. Strong leadership qualities, decision-making abilities, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.
