Job Description

Production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
day-to-day production planning
and ensure timely preparation of items
Handle
chicken indenting, forecasting
, and raw material planning based on outlet demands
Monitor and manage
yield performance
and minimize wastage
Maintain high standards of
hygiene and compliance
in the processing area
Supervise and manage
kitchen manpower
, ensuring productivity and discipline
Prepare and maintain
daily production reports and stock movement logs
Ensure
inventory management
and coordination with procurement for timely supply
Coordinate with central kitchen and outlet teams for smooth operations

Candidate Requirements:

13 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in QSR, Cloud Kitchen, or F&B production)
Knowledge of
FSSAI compliance
, hygiene protocols, and food safety
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and team management skills

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management / Food Production / Supply Chain / Any relevant discipline
