Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise routine batch operations: charging, processing, sampling, and equipment cleaning as per BMR/SOPs
Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, safety, environmental, and ISO regulations
Maintain accurate production records and enter data into SAP or similar systems, ensuring data integrity
Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, stores, and engineering to resolve production issues and perform preventive maintenance
Monitor KPIs—yield, downtime, deviations—and initiate process improvements or corrective actions on the shop floor

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, B.Pharm, or related field; M.Sc./M.Pharm preferred
2–6 years of hands-on experience in API or chemical production
Strong working knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, batch documentation, and SAP/LIMS
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹129,893.69 - ₹761,801.56 per year
