● To ensure the poka -yoke working properly on line.
● Active member of 5s .
● Knowledge of CNC & VMC machine ( setting & operating)
● Knowledge of GD& T
● Basic knowledge of 2D programming
● Basic knowledge of Tooling
● Manpower handling
● Training provide new manpower
● Target achieve according to plan
● Rejection control
