Job Description

Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of materials and components for production runs.
Support production staff in various stages of the manufacturing process.
Monitor production progress and identify any potential bottlenecks or issues.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards.
Assist with packaging and labeling of finished goods.
Coordinate for timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move materials as required (within safety guidelines).
