Role & responsibilities

Training Delivery:

Conduct product training sessions for internal sales teams, dental professionals, and partners (in-person and virtual).
Demonstrate the proper use, benefits, and clinical applications of dental devices.

Content Development:

Collaborate with product managers, clinical experts, and marketing to develop training materials (manuals, videos, presentations, e-learning).
Update and maintain training documentation to reflect product updates and feedback.

Support Sales & Marketing:

Assist in product launches with training and educational materials.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and dental exhibitions as a product knowledge expert.

Feedback & Improvement:

Gather user feedback and training evaluations to improve content and delivery.
Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure training content aligns with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Maintain product knowledge up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
