Product Owner

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Owner with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and drive the evolution of our SaaS platform . As the bridge between business stakeholders, design, and engineering teams, you will own the product backlog, define and prioritize features, and ensure alignment with our product vision and customer needs. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value Translate product strategy and customer requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria Act as the voice of the customer , ensuring the product meets market demands and delivers a great user experience Collaborate closely with engineering , design , QA , and sales/support teams to deliver features on time and with quality Participate in daily standups , sprint planning , reviews , and retrospectives Continuously groom and refine the backlog based on user feedback, analytics, and business priorities Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date with SaaS trends and best practices Assist in go-to-market planning and internal product training Define and monitor key product KPIs and make data-driven decisions Required Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner , Business Analyst, or in a similar role working on a SaaS product Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma , or similar Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., churn, ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV) Experience in working closely with UI/UX designers and understanding user-centric design principles Nice to Have: Familiarity with API-first , cloud-native , or multi-tenant SaaS platforms Technical background or understanding of web development concepts Experience with customer interviews , A/B testing , or product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA)
