Job Responsibilities:- Developing a clear product strategy and the product roadmap for the company's lending business Work closely with Engineering teams (both internal & external) communicating the business logic for creating new or updating features, develop appropriate planning and prioritization, guide and drive the roadmap. Knowledge of lending products operations - Should be able to create modern, user-friendly screens - Participate and Assist in Demonstrating products Create and manage customer communication channels like SMS, Email, Whatsapp, IVR and mobile app notifications Write product specification, epics/user stories Work with product/tech teams to share requirements, coordinate at detailed level to develop features, and deliver high quality product interventions and enhancements Work closely with Product Management team to align product roadmaps with cross-product strategies/market offerings and validate product definitions with business. Job Requirements:- B.E./B.Tech and/or MBA 3-5 years of lending-product or lending-business management experience, Excellent Presentation skills, communication skills, conflict resolution skills Solid understanding of the lending ecosystem and the underlying operations in the credit cycle Project/Program management - Driving superb execution against plan, anticipating risk and leading discussions via frequent, clear communication (both internally and with vendors) Should be able to build & manage multiple internal stakeholders & vendors Strong technical skills and product development knowledge Data analysis, interpretation & reporting Hands on experience in using Figma would be preferred Interested Candidates can share their profiles us at:- Pallavi Jain Email ID:- pallavi.jain@manipalfintech.com Manipal FinTech pvt.ltd (Formerly Known as SahiBandhu Fintech)
