Product Designer

Job Description

Were looking for a talented and user-centric Product Designer to join our fast-growing team. Youll be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across our web and mobile products. As a key member of the Product team, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to bring our vision to life and make tech education more accessible, efficient, and delightful for millions of learners. Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. Translate product and business requirements into intuitive and scalable design solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics. Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all platforms. Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints. Create design artifacts like user flows, journey maps, and interaction specs. Requirements: 25 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or interaction design. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and responsive design. Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, spacing, and layout. Ability to present and defend design decisions based on data and research. Skills: Must-Have Experience designing for B2C or EdTech platforms. Proficiency in design systems and component-based design. Ability to conduct and apply insights from usability testing and A/B testing. Strong collaboration and communication skills able to work closely with product and engineering teams. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Good-to-Have Motion design or prototyping skills using tools like Principle, After Effects, or Lottie. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers. Experience in designing for vernacular or multi-language interfaces. Exposure to accessibility design principles. Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
