We aim to revolutionize the procurement process in the construction industry by offering a comprehensive range of services, including raw material procurement, excess inventory liquidation, logistics, financing, and AI-powered solutions for supply chain and customer relationship management. What you will do We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the construction industry, focusing on products such as iron and steel, bitumen and related materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, territory management, and face-to-face client interactions. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth within the construction sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to the iron and steel industry. Define and manage sales territories to maximize market coverage. Identify and target key clients and prospects within the sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B segment. Conduct face-to-face client meetings to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular interactions. Track and analyze sales performance metrics. Implement corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met. What we are looking for Proven experience in B2B sales within the iron and steel industry. Strong knowledge of construction materials, including iron and steel, etc. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Leadership experience with a focus on team motivation and performance. Additional requirements Willingness to travel within assigned territories. Availability to work flexible hours based on client needs.
