Position: Procurement Expert

Educational Qualifications

Graduate in
Civil Engineering
Master's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) or equivalent in a
relevant field

Professional Experience

Minimum
10 years
of total experience
At least
5 years
of specialized experience in
procurement management
of goods, consultancy, and works contracts for
Ports/IWT/Logistics Parks/MMLH projects
with
Government Departments/PSUs
Experience with multilateral-funded projects
(World Bank / ADB etc.) is essential
Preference
will be given to candidates with
specific experience in the IWT sector

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive
procurement strategies and plans
Prepare
RFQ/PQ/RFP
documents and manage
invitation to bid
processes
Handle
bid process management
and coordinate the
selection of consultants and contractors
Ensure compliance with applicable procurement guidelines and multilateral funding norms
