Procurement Executive

The Procurement Operations Associate will: - Train and handholding vendors in submitting invoices in our online tool - Resolve Vendor Queries - Support in new vendor empanelment process - Support in Compliance, Regulatory related activities like collecting, validating LUT and MSMED details from vendor - Support in Accrual follow ups with respect to old invoice submission. - Maintain reports and publish to management - Maintain good working relationships with vendor and stakeholders Qualifications: Basic Qualification: - - Bachelors degree - Minimum of 1.5 to 2.5 years’ experience in Procurement process like PR to PO process, Contract Uploads, invoice query resolving management. - Supplier relationship management through calls and Mails - Customer/Stakeholder relationship management - Resolving queries and Data updating and validation - Good Verbal and written communication - Good MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Skills - Attention to Detail - Quick learner Preferred Qualifications: - - Experience specific to PR to PO Process, Invoice conflict Management and New vendor empanelment process & Contracts Validation and Uploads. - Supplier relationship management - Queries handling and resolving Management
