About the Role:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to oversee and streamline day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking workflows, ensuring team coordination, and helping maintain operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Monitor and coordinate business processes across departments.

2.Ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to internal workflows.

3.Track task progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate delays where necessary.

4.Maintain accurate records, reports, and process documentation.

5.Liaise with multiple teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.

6.Support in implementing process improvements and quality standards.

Requirements:

Qualification: B.Com, B.A., BBA, or any equivalent Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 0 to 2 years in an operational, administrative, or coordination role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is a plus.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and project tracking tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
