Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Management to lead, manage, and coordinate automation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation systems, project execution, and cross-functional leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end execution of automation projects including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality control. Oversee the design, integration, testing, and deployment of automated systems (robotics, PLCs, SCADA, vision systems, etc.). Manage vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and deliverables. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal processes. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Manage project budgets and control costs while maintaining high quality and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project execution and delivery. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or equivalent). Master’s degree is a plus. 2+ years of experience in project execution or project management within the automation, industrial control, or manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, robotics, HMI, control systems). Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and teams. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and propose scalable automation strategies.
