Principal QA Automation

As a Principal QA Automation at Dario, you will play a crucial role in driving quality engineering excellence by leading automation initiatives across mobile, web, and backend platforms. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing the test automation strategy, designing scalable automation frameworks, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for seamless test execution. You will also mentor automation engineers, integrate automation into agile processes, and evaluate new tools to enhance automation coverage. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and taking ownership of automation for apps with advanced integrations. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 8 years of hands-on experience as an Automation Engineer. Proficiency in Java/Python, strong experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber, and expertise in designing CI/CD pipelines are essential requirements. You will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and test strategy design. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills are crucial, along with exceptional communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience with automation for apps using Bluetooth is considered a strong advantage.
