Principal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of enterprise web applications
  
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
  
• Design and implement scalable microservices using

  Java (Spring Boot)

• Manage containerized deployments using

  Kubernetes and Docker

• Guide frontend development using

  ReactJS

  , ensuring modern UI/UX standards
• Mentor and guide mid and senior-level developers
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product
  
• Participate in architecture reviews, POCs, and technology roadmap planning
  
• Ensure application security, scalability, observability, and maintainability
  
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1215 years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in

  Java (Spring Boot/Microservices)

• Hands-on experience with

  Kubernetes

  ,

  Docker

  , and container orchestration
• Proficiency in

  ReactJS

  , TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps workflows
  
• Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases
  
• Excellent knowledge of system design, performance tuning, and scalable architecture
  
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage enterprise-level projects
  
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  
• Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, or message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
  
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
