Principal Cloud Engineer

Key Experience and Technical Skills Required: - Proficiency in Java or Python with exposure to Java frameworks like SpringBoots. - Expertise in Spring Framework, RESTful API development, and Microservices architecture. - Familiarity with JPA/Hibernate and Agile methodology is advantageous. - Thorough understanding of API development, life cycles, design guidelines, and management. - Deep technical knowledge of core services and their technical aspects. - Experience in security guidelines and implementation of secure development methodologies. - Comfortable with OOAD concepts, object-oriented programming (OOP), and database design. - Hands-on experience in writing complex queries and optimizing database performance. - Exposure to public Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, including services such as computing, storage, and security policies via APIs. - Ability to collaborate with infosec and infrastructure teams to gather requirements, define technical scope, design, and execute development. - Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline and deployment strategies. - Contribute to building a common framework across SaaS and hybrid offer models. - Define standards, guidelines, and perform user requirements analysis to develop scalable, quality code with thorough testing as a senior member of the team.
