1. **Job Summary Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction to Grade 1 to Grade 5 students across core subjects—English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies - fostering both academic and socio-emotional growth. 2. **Key Responsibilities Academic Instructio n Plan and deliver lessons aligned with CBSE/Matriculation curriculum. Use interactive, child-friendly techniques: storytelling, hands‑on activities, songs, and visual aids. Create and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom resources. Assessment & Evaluation Conduct regular formative assessments and term-end summative evaluations. Maintain academic records, portfolios, and prepare report cards. Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents. Classroom Environment Establish a safe, inclusive, structured classroom atmosphere. Implement age‑appropriate discipline using encouragement and positive reinforcement. Decorate the classroom with relevant learning materials and visual aids. Student Support Identify students who need extra attention or support. Build confidence and social skills through group activities and discussions. Monitor student hygiene and reinforce personal health habits. Parent Communication Maintain daily diaries or communication logs with parents. Participate actively in Parents–Teachers Meetings (PTMs), sharing student progress. Respond to parent queries and coordinate on action plans. School Participation Engage in school-wide events—annual day, sports day, cultural programs. Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning and staff meetings. Attend in-service training sessions for professional development. 3. Qualifications & Skills Any Graduate or Post Graduate. Fluency in English. Genuine passion for early childhood education. Fresher or Experienced candidate willing to work at primary level. Familiarity with NEP-recommended early learning methods. Basic computer literacy for digital teaching aids.
