Primary Female Teacher (PRT)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Female Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team at BNPS. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, nurturing, and committed to helping young learners grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued.
• Monitor and assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school administration.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and active participation.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and school activities.
• Participate in school events, training, and parent-teacher meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Teaching certification/license (if applicable).
• Minimum 1 years of experience in teaching primary-level students (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A caring and patient personality with a passion for teaching young children.
• Female candidates only (as per school policy or requirement).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
