Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic PRT EVS Teacher to teach Environmental Studies to primary grade students. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over the subject, effective teaching methods, and a passion for working with young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach EVS to students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 using interactive and activity-based methods
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments aligned with the school curriculum
• Explain environmental concepts in a simplified and child-friendly manner
• Encourage curiosity, observation, and basic scientific thinking in students
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Track and report student progress regularly
• Communicate with parents regarding student development
• Participate in school activities, workshops, and academic planning meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed (compulsory)
• 2 to 3 years of teaching experience at the primary level
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Ability to handle and engage young learners with patience and care
• Knowledge of age-appropriate pedagogy and child development
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to use digital tools in teaching
